Yamaha Superjam

Unread post by balston11 » Thu Apr 13, 2017 1:36 pm

Hi Folks I've been busy on my web site again and added the Superjam range. There are bits where I could do with more info. In particular
Does anyone have any pictures of a 700?
Does anyone know any more about the 500EX
Has anyone seen one of these with made in Taiwan on it?

Cheers Bill.

I don't have pics of the models requested.
Looking at my other SJ pictures, all of them show Japan, no Taiwan models found yet.

I am pretty sure the SR-700 was never made outside Japan. Was it even sold outside Japan?

Yamaha has made some nice "telecasters":

RTL-102
RTX-102
SJ-500 / EX
SJ-550 HM / HR
SJ-600 / SR
SJ-700 HM / HR
SJ-800
Yamaha 120SD
Pac-120S / SD
Pac-102S / SX
Pac-302S
Pac-402S
Pac-311MS / S
Pac-1511MS
Pac-1611MS
Pacifica 1221MS
Pacifica 1230S
Pacifica USA-1

I may not have them all here, and some have different variants of each model.

Bill
Once again thanks for all the work you do for us Yamaholics.
I have an SJ 550 in red and it is marked Japan. I'll try to post a pic in the not too distant future.
